中國大陸貿易救濟信息網公布，本(2021)年9月24日，USITC發布公告，對特定休閒鞋及其包裝（Certain Casual Footwear and Packaging Thereof，調查編碼：337-TA-1270）作出337部分終裁：對該案行政法官本(2021)年8月26日作出的初裁（No.16、17）不予複審，即基於和解和同意令，部分終止對列名被告美國Cape Robbin Inc., Pomona, CA、美國SG Footwear Meser Grp. Inc. a/k/a S. Goldberg & Co., Hackensack, NJ的調查，並發布2項同意令。
本(2021)年8月24日，USITC發布終裁：對該案行政法官本(2021)年8月11日作出的初裁（No.12）不予複審，即基於和解，部分終止對列名被告美國Skechers USA, Inc., Manhattan Beach, CA的調查。
本(2021)年7月6日，USITC投票決定對特定休閒鞋及其包裝（Certain Casual Footwear and Packaging Thereof）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1270）。
本(2021)年6月8日，美國Crocs, Inc. of Broomfield, Colorado向USITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯其專利權（美國注冊商標號3,836,415、5,149,328、5,273,875），請求USITC發布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。
