中國貿易救濟信息網公布，美國國際貿易委員會（USITC）本（2020）年5月11日發布公告，對特定兒童背袋及其組件（Child Carriers, Components Thereof, and Product Containing The Same，調查編碼：337-TA-1154）作出337調查部分終裁：對本案行政法官於本年3月10日作出的初裁予以複審：即對不存在侵犯美國專利號8,172,116的裁決進行複審。
USITC去（2019）年12月20日發布公終裁：對本案行政法官去年11月3日作出初裁（Order No. 38）不予複審：即10家企業為缺席被告，其中包括山東Tingtao Sunveno Co., Ltd. of China青島三美嬰母嬰用品有限公司、江蘇Wuxi Kangarouse Trading Co. Ltd. Enterprises d/b/a Kangarouse of China無錫康果瑞商貿有限公司、江蘇Jing Jiang Dimarco Packaging & Gifts Co. of China、江蘇Jiangsu Matrix Textile Co., Ltd. of China。
USITC去年4月5日投票決定對特定兒童背袋及其組件（Child Carriers, Components Thereof, and Product Containing The Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1154）。
LILLEbaby LLC of Golden, CO去年3月7日向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯其專利權（美國註冊專利號8,172,116、8,424,732），請求美國ITC發布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。
